Follow Rules Or Face Closure, Warns DPCC Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has threatened to seal the Wazirpur industrial area if it continues to violate environmental regulations. The area with 2,000-odd industrial units is allegedly discharging untreated waste water into the sewers. The waste water doesn’t reach the common effluent treatment plant (CETP) as the sewerage system is broken, says a team of DPCC scientists, which recently visited the area.
