A new CSE campaign tells us why we should design our cities and buildings for maximum thermal comfort

Buildings and cities are major energy guzzlers. The NITI Aayog says 65 per cent of the energy demand in India comes from space cooling and heating. As the International Day of Clean Energy (January 26) draws near, CSE kicks off a campaign to reimagine the way we build our homes, offices and cities for a sustainable, energy-efficient future.

Join anchor Sukanya Nair and Rajneesh Sareen, head of CSE’s Sustainable Habitat programme, in a Live Chat to discuss the campaign and the subject it focuses on.

This is the first in a series of Live Chats on the subject – all episodes will feature top names from the urban planning and ‘green’ architecture sector. Stay tuned!
