Book Release and Media Briefing: SOE Africa's Environment Report 2024

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), New Delhi, India and Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (MESHA), Nairobi, Kenya invite applications from journalists working in Africa to attend and cover the release of the second State of Africa’s Environment Report. The Report is published every year by CSE and Down To Earth magazine (India), with substantial reportage, stories and inputs from African journalists. The 2024 edition of the Report focuses on stories, issues and concerns related to water.

A media briefing covering various aspects of the Report as well as other key issues relevant to Africa will be conducted following the release event.

Interested journalists are requested to apply in the format given below. Seats for the event are limited, and journalists will be shortlisted jointly by CSE and MESHA based on their work record, experience and credentials. Selected journalists will be provided support for attending the event.
