Did the ‘finance COP’ deliver?

The 29th Conference of Parties on Climate Change will be drawing to a close on November 22, 2024 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Was this COP – dubbed the ‘finance COP’ with a mandate to discuss and deliver on the key issue of funding to fight climate change – a washout, or did it see some progress on this contentious question of money? What happened at COP 29?
