Ganpati celebrations in silence zones get noisier every year, violate norms: NGO

Mumbai, September 3: Data compiled by Awaaz Foundation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) has revealed that the noise levels in city silence zones have increased during the Ganpati festival in the last five years.
