Hell on Earth

They toil on, day after day, even as the sun beats down relentlessly. We see them in our brick kilns, construction sites, small factories… everywhere. Thousands of migrant informal workers in our cities and semi-urban centres, who work in the open, have been the hardest hit by this year’s scorching summer. A rapidly warming planet has made their work extremely challenging, testing their tolerance limits, leaving them burdened with death and disease.

Join Down To Earth’s intrepid story-tellers who have recorded and documented this ‘hell on earth’ on film and in print.
