Farmer accessing treated water from hydrant installed in the field for agriculture in Baraichpur village, Kurukshetra District, Haryana
• A reservoir within the Ladwa STP stores treated water, distributed via 5,196-meter underground pipelines to Baraichpur village. Hydrants are placed every 2 acres for easy irrigation access.

• A 27.5 kW solar power plant operates pumps for 6 hours daily, providing sustainable energy.
• The project utilizes 1.25 MLD of treated water to irrigate 156 acres of farmland, benefiting 37 farmers.
• The total project cost is approximately ₹90 lakh, covering infrastructure, distribution, and solar plant installation.
• Surplus treated water is discharged into the Rakshi drain, 1.25 km from the plant.
Surveys are underway to extend the project to Jainpur Jattan and Barhan villages, with implementation planned for March 2024.
