Mad About Mangoes

The “king of all fruits” is known to have a devoted, almost fanatical, fan base. Be it the raw amiya which is pickled, or the ripe fully-formed aam, the fruit can be used in myriad ways. Though a summer fruit, the mango is finding it difficult to withstand this year’s hot weather spell.
