Managing water-wastewater in the Ganga towns

CSE signed an MoU with the UP government on January 3, 2018 for a three-year partnership (2018-2021). This alliance will work to set up a Programme Support Unit (PSU), whose responsibility would be to scale up CSE’s support to 60 AMRUT towns and 31 Namami Gange towns in the state. A Technical Support Unit (TSU) is also being planned in at least one target town such as Bijnore; also under consideration is a Model Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP).
