Electric vehicles and e-mobility is being widely talked about as a major step towards
controlling air pollution and mitigating the impacts of climate change. Governments
are vying with each other to introduce policies and schemes that favour electric
mobility. Automakers are flooding the market with products and offers. But questions
about it abound in the minds and hearts of most of us.
How reliable are electric vehicles and their charging and support infrastructure in
our country? Can schools shift to electric mobility for transporting their students and
staff? What kind of impact can such a shift have on our environment? What are the
government policies, and incentives that encourage a shift to e-mobility?
Join experts from Centre for Science and Environment’s air pollution and electric
mobility teams to discuss and explore answers to questions such as these.
Feel free to ask more, share your suggestions and experiences.
