Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) is one of Asia’s leading research and advocacy organization working in the field of environment protection. CSE has set up a state-of-the-art laboratory for wastewater, septage management and organic food certification. The laboratory has been built at CSE’s residential campus at Nimli, Alwar, Rajasthan.
Job profile:
The job profile includes carrying out sampling and analysis of river water, wastewater and faecal sludge samples, development of protocols for faecal sludge characterization and performance testing of decentralized treatment technologies, help in designing and maintenance of wastewater and septage management systems, conducting cutting-edge research and carrying out documentation on technology menus on decentralized technologies and knowledge support on demonstration projects in targeted areas.
Qualification and experience:
The candidate should have M.Tech / M.Sc, Ph.D. in Analytical/Organic Chemistry, having hands-on experience of working with sophisticated chromatographic techniques such as LC-MS, GC-MS etc. Experience of working with ICP-MS would be an added advantage.
At least 05 years of work experience in a similar or related capacity is a mandatory requirement.
This position is open for CSE’snew residential campus in Nimli, Alwar, Rajasthan. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
