Having troubles in using the SFD graphic generator or writing an SFD report?

Don’t worry we are here to help!

As part of SFD promotion initiative (SFD Phase 3), CSE is now facilitating support to cities through SFD Helpdesk platform in generating SFDs, “On Their Own”! 

You can get in touch with us in the following ways: 

1) Go through the FAQs, you may find your answers, if not

2) Write to us with your query at sfdhelpdesk@cseindia.org, and we will respond within three working days.

3) Also, we are available every Thursdays between 15:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs to address all your queries/concerns. 

You can fix an appointment through our official email ID on sfdhelpdesk@cseindia.org,  for direct consultation via

1. Phone call,
2. Skype/zoom call and
3. Physical meeting at CSE Headquarters (Once Lockdown is lifted)

Note: The queries shall be addressed on demand and first come first basis. So Hurry!
