Cuttack is the second largest city in the Indian state of Odisha. The most important part of the city is centred on a strip of land between the Kathajodi River and the Mahanadi River which is bounded on the southeast by old Jagannath Road. The city is well known for its world famous silver filigree jewelry works and hence, also referred as silver city. It is also the major hub for trading and business in and around the city.
