State-Level Training Program on O&M of FSTPs and Co-treatment Plants

Introduction

  • Date and Venue: December 19-20, 2024, at Swati Conference Hall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Organizers: Department of Urban Development, Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE).
  • Objective: Strengthen faecal sludge and septage management (FSSM) by standardizing O&M practices and releasing the SOP for FSTPs and Co-treatment plants.

  • Participants: 75 participants from Urban Local Bodies, government departments, and other relevant sectors.
