Kerala, October 29: The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data reveals that the Puzhakkal river is one of the 150 most polluted rivers in the country. The board prepared the latest report on polluted river stretches in India, after monitoring water quality under the board's National Water Quality Monitoring Programme (NWMP).
