Environmental Norms for Coal Power Plants – Implementation, Monitoring, and Compliance

Date: February 26 to March 2, 2019 at AAETI, Nimli, Alwar 

CSE organized a training programme between February 26, 2019, and March 1, 2019, on technologies to meet the revised norms for coal-based thermal power stations. Participants from across the country, particularly from state regulatory agencies of Telangana, Maharashtra, Odisha, Gujarat and state power generation companies of Punjab, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Telangana attended the programme. Thirty-six senior and mid-rank officials benefited. Renowned sector experts delivered lectures. Video lectures through the internet were also organized. Experts from Green Investment Bank, UK participated to discuss low-NOx burner technology.
