TSU support to Nagar PalikaChunar for COVID 19 Response

CSE’s Technical Support Unit in Chunar has supported the Chunar Nagar Palika Parishad (CNPP) by providing communication posters, 2 thermal scanners and 120 Sets of Personal ProtectiveEquipments (PPEs) which includes 2 pair of masks, 2 pair of gloves, 1 washable full body suit on June10^th, 2020 for personal safety & regular temperature checkup of sanitation warriors.

The distribution event was supported by Mrs Pratibha Singh, EO, CNPP Chunar; Mr Mithilesh Kumar, Sanitary & Food Inspector, NPP Chunar and chaired by Mr Mansoor Ahmad

The IEC collaterals are provided in both Hindi and Urdu language so that the right message should reach everyone on how to combat COVID 19, leaving no one behind. The collaterals are prepared based on the guidelines issued by GOI on COVID 19 and cover the topics on safe disposal of waste from quarantined households, how to disinfect the public places in areas reporting COVID 19, how to wear a mask and how to wash one's hands.

CSE’s Technical Support Unit has also provided training to the Sanitation Warriors like drain cleaners, street sweepers, door to door waste collectors and desludgers by demonstrating the right procedure of wearing the PPE and minute things that should be taken care of while leaving and coming back to their respective homes to keep everyone safe and away from infection.
