Chlorinated hydrocarbons such as DDT, DDD, DDE, g-HCH, lindane, aldrin, dieldrin, a, b - endosulphan, endosulphan sulphate and heptachlor, etc.
Organophosphorus pesticides like dimethoate diazinon, phosphamidon, methyl parathion malathion, monocrotophos, chlorpyriphos etc.
Carbamates like carbaryl, carbofuran, aldicarb, oxamyl, methomyl etc.
Herbicides such as Atrazine, paraquat, 2,4-D, Butachlor, simazine, glyphosate, dalapon, diuron, isoproturon, alachlor, pendimethalin, trifluralin, Clodinafop-propargyl, fenoxaprop-ethyl
Fungides like Maneb, Thiram, Zineb, Tridemorph, captan, tridemorph, tricyclazole, carbendazin, mancozeb, sulfur, ziram, captafol
Synthetic pyrethroids like Deltramethrin, cypermethrin, fenvalrate, fluvalinate

Soil - adjoining residential areas and areas in proximity to agricultural fields
