Congratulations! If you have reached this stage that you probably have prepared your first draft of a CSP! However, it doesn’t end here. Now is the time for one of the most important steps- which is implementation. This step is crucial. Afterall, a strategy is as good or poor as its implementation.

Now that the CSP has been drafted, it must be cleaned and finalized or approved by the CSTF. One the respective ULB is ready with their CSP, a CSTF meeting must be called in, following the CSTF protocol (refer to Step 1-3).

Step 1. The CSP must be endorsed by the city / CSTF for further official action.

Step 2. Hold a CSTF meeting for officially endorsing the CSP.
